Tap Information
The meter pit setting is the property of Tri-Township Water Corporation (TTWC). Contractors and homeowners are not permitted to perform any work on the meter setting without prior written permission from TTWC.
Contractors or homeowners must notify TTWC once the final grade is established at the location where the meter will be set. At that time, your tap installation will be scheduled.
Once a meter pit has been installed to serve your property, it is the responsibility of the contractor or homeowner to ensure that the meter setting is not damaged. If the grade is changed after the pit is installed, the contractor or homeowner will be billed for any repairs required as a result.
